Sheffield Before asking whether someone is right for you, it’s worth understanding what you’re actually looking at. Why does one person need to talk everything through, while another needs space? Why does decisiveness feel reassuring in one person and controlling in another? Why can the quality that first attracts you eventually become the very thing that frustrates you? Virtues & Vices is an open discussion on temperament, compatibility and choosing a spouse — looking at the four temperaments, the strengths and weaknesses each can bring into marriage, and what we should actually be paying attention to when considering someone. Not “which temperament should I marry?” — but how do different dispositions live, communicate, disagree and grow together?
